DECORATING WITH HEART

Pues vamos con otro post de manualidades!

Como mujer "handmade" tengo una caja 

destinada a albergar mis "pinitos" en el DIY,

materiales, sobras de manualidades etc.

Es una caja de madera normal.... demasiado normal.

Así que decidí darle ese toque que la hiciera mía.

Y ahora que la comparto con vosotras, que la haga vuestra.

:)

Para empezar, vamos a necesitar lo siguiente:

To begin, we will need the following:

• Una caja de madera
• Pinturas acrílicas (de color a elegir)
• Goma
• Lápiz negro
• Tijeras

• A wooden box 
• Acrylic paints (color choice) 
• Rubber 
• Black pencil 
• Scissors

Lo primero es conseguir el color que queremos.

A mi me agradó la idea de decorarla con color rosa.

Como en aquel momento no tenía, mezclé rojo y blanco. Eso dio lugar

a un rojo más clarito, pero que daba la impresión de ser

una especie de rosa salmón (¡Por suerte para mí!)

My disliked the idea of ​​decorating with pink. 

As at that time I did not, I mixed red and white. That resulted in

El siguiente paso , era dibujar sobre una goma la figura que queramos, para luego recortarla.

Así nos quedará nuestro "sellito" :)

Para impregnarlo del color, lo mojé en la mezcla, anteriormente preparada.

Rápidamente, lo "estrellamos" contra la superficie de la caja.

Al ser una superficie algo rugosa, es fácil que nuestras figuras queden borrosas.

Yo os recomiendo que rellenéis los corazones con un pincel.

Se verá más perfeccionista.

bastante de la perfección :P...

Ahora (y para terminar), repasamos los bordes de los corazones para

que tengan más volumen.
